Restoring Charm in Ixonia: White Picket Fence Revitalized
Today, we tackled a quick but rewarding project in Ixonia. This rental property’s 130-foot fence, originally installed over 30 years ago, had seen better days, with its wooden posts deteriorating over time. The owner wanted to preserve as much of the original structure as possible while ensuring a durable, long-lasting solution.
We started by removing the rotted 4x4 wooden posts, then installed new steel Postmaster fence posts driven 4 feet deep into the ground using our skid steer. These sturdy posts provide exceptional durability and stability. Afterward, we salvaged the original fence panels and carefully reinstalled them, restoring the classic white picket charm to this property.
The result? A revitalized fence that combines modern durability with timeless aesthetics, ensuring this rental property retains its welcoming appeal for years to come.
