Another project in the books over the last 2 weeks. 2 bathroom remodels, 1 a complete gut and a half bath turned full with all new plumbing for both showers and bath vents added. The patio door, front door, storm door, and exterior garage man door were replaced as well as an interior garage man door added for access from inside the house it never had before. All new LVP flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms and front landing, 220v stove outlet added and GFCI under the sink for the soon to come dishwasher and all new cabinets to wrap up the work performed. Paint on all the walls and trim as well as counter tops and light fixtures still to come to finish off this Oak Creek home soon to be for sale.
