Comprehensive Home Renovation in Brookfield

Over the past four weeks, we’ve worked on a full-scale renovation project for a home in Brookfield, bringing it up to date from its original 1984 design. Here’s a breakdown of the transformations:

• Foyer Remodel: The floor plan was reconfigured, and outdated tile was replaced with new hardwood flooring.
• Living Room Update: The sunken living room was raised to create a cohesive, modern layout, with hardwood extending throughout the first floor.
• Bathroom Transformation: The cast iron tub was replaced with a sleek tile shower, and the bathroom floor was upgraded with new tile.
• Laundry Room Upgrade: New tile flooring was installed, with updated cabinetry and countertops on the way.
• Lighting Enhancements: Can lights were added throughout the home to brighten the spaces.
• Kitchen Renovation: The cabinets were painted, a stylish backsplash was installed, and new countertops and appliances were added for a refreshed, functional look.
• Sliding Door Replacement: The old sliding door was replaced with a modern casement window.
• Deck Revamp: The old deck boards were removed and replaced for a fresh, sturdy outdoor space.
• Front Door and Dining Room: The front door was re-framed two feet over, and a sliding door was added to separate the dining room from the foyer.

We’ll be returning in a few weeks to complete the sinks in the bathroom and laundry room once the countertops arrive. Additionally, the customer plans to have the wallpaper removed and the entire house painted to complete the transformation.
